Powder coating
Powder coating is the most efficient type of metal coating. It consists of applying electrified powder coating particles to the element to be painted. The applied powder layer is held on the surface by electrostatic forces. The ink-coated elements are then heated in the furnace at a temperature of 140 °C to 200 °C, where the powder is melted and polymerized. This process protects the metal from weathering and increases its resistance to mechanical damage. The advantage of powder coatings lies in their diversity. We can obtain the coating in full RAL color with any finish effect (matt, semi-matt, gloss with fine or coarse texture).
